Can I print just one shirt?
We would love to offer this service, unfortunately at this time our minimum is 5 shirts per design. (Different numbers and names can differ per shirt)
What file format should I submit my design in?
JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, PDF, PNG, SVG, BMP
What if I don’t know how to design?
No problem. We have a professional team of designers that can help you design your shirts.
Can I put a photograph on my T-shirts?
Yes
Can you print over pockets?
Yes
Can you print over seams?
Yes, certain restrictions apply.
Can I supply my own t-shirts?
Yes
Can I order different color shirts or different style shirts with my order?
Yes
How is my price determined?
Prices are determined based on quantity, placements, and colors.
What about ordering for groups? Is there a discount?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts.
Do you give discounts to non-profit organizations?
Yes
How much is tax for orders?
Tax applies only to Texas customers at 8.25%.
What methods of payment are available?
We accept all major credit cards and cash. Credit terms are available upon approval of credit applications.
How long is turnaround time?
Typical orders take 5 – 7 business days after approval. We also offer same day services for additional fees.
Can you deliver my shirts if I am local?
Yes, certain restrictions apply
Can I come pick up my shirts?
Yes
Can you ship internationally?
At this time, we only accept domestic orders.
Will I get a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes
Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it?
Yes, as long as production has not started, setup fees will not be refunded.
What if I don’t like my order?
Our goal is customer satisfaction. If your order doesn’t match the digital mock-up you approved, you can return the shirts and ask for a reprint. We’ll be happy to work with until you to get the shirts you want.
